Purchase Policy

• No refund, except for those products specifically advertised otherwise.
  
  
• All purchases are final, except for those products specifically advertised otherwise.
  
  
• All returned checks will be subject to $25 fee.
  
  
• If the software is unable to perform substantially as advertised, the user has 30 days to exchange for an equivalent or better product that will perform substantially as advertised.
  
  
• Most products are shipped within 24 hours. Some are shipped electronically. However, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Return/Refund Policy

• Before we can accept the returned merchandise, you must send an email to sales@ximplex.com stating your reason for returning the product.
  
  
• All return products are subject to 15% restocking fees.
  
  
• If the product requires registration, we will only accept it if it has not already been registered.
  
  
• Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will refund 85% of what you paid for within 2 weeks, excluding the shipping and handling fees.
